Playtime Casino Hanover is a Playtime-brand casino run by Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited. Its floor holds 289 slot machines and 18 interconnected electronic table stations. Those stations run Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat and War, some automatic and some dealer-assist. Hours as published are Sunday to Thursday 9 a.m. to 1 a.m., and the casino is open 24 hours on Friday and Saturday. Holiday hours should be checked on the casino's own site.

Hanover Raceway, a Standardbred harness track, sits at 265 5th St. The Hanover, Bentinck & Brant Agricultural Society runs it. For food and drink, the casino has MATCH Eatery & Public House, a pub.
